Finally! This trip served as a refuge to us even for only two days away from the city, from the toxic work, the pollution, the busy streets, the problems maybe. But for me, this make way to get to spent a real time with the people I barely knew and get to know them well. The trip (March 19-20,2011) starts at around 6 in the morning, and we got there around 9am. The scenery were just lovely and if you grew up in the city surrounded by tall buildings, tall buildings and tall buildings, your eyes will get in love with the scenes, as if your eyes also take a break too.
Our first stop was at the Ocean Adventure to watch series of animal and environmental shows that promotes animal welfare specifically those living in the sea and in the forest. Most of the animals there are just rescued animals that have been found in some parts inside and outside of the country. Before we watch the show, our tour guide welcomed us with a little idea on what we are gonna see and introduce to us the animals they took care of and used in the shows.
The first show covers animals found in the forest where they show some tricks and also they teaches the audience how to live in a forest, how to make such stuff like spoon and fork made of kawayan, how to cook rice using kawayan and even how to make fire out of it.
Next show was mostly for kids, the theme was to show what's happening to the many forests here in the Philippines, and those illegal loggers. It mixes with a little acrobat courtesy of the "basura boys" to add adulthood in the show. But what excites us the most was the character named 'Olongapo Jones' and we even took pictures with him after the show.
After that, it follows the sea lion and the dolphin show.

After the show, we went straight ahead to Camayan Beach Resort which is just beside the Ocean Adventure.
And we're just beginning!

And this was my personal favorite, as I walk inside the gift shop I found this and bought right away! Another addition to my collection of bookmarks :))
Words to describe this trip : Very cool, funny, cozy and greeny! ♥
